Hello there (in Obi-Wan Kenobi voice) and welcome back to the blog for another week’s rundown! It felt like a very busy week but that’s because Brittany worked a lot and then did some traveling, and I was busy doing classwork for college. We did get to go out to brunch at a great spot out here called Rated Test Kitchen! It was a 4-course brunch and it was all amazing. They did such a good job, and we got to rate the presentation, taste, and overall how good the dish was for them! Highly recommend if you’re in the area you stop in for a good date day! We also knocked a Mexican restaurant off of our list called El Milagro Azteca where I had birria tacos that were wonderful! Life is busy but life is really nice out here. We also got matching tattoos of fried raviolis (STL is known for them)! It’s a good combo of reminding me of home while at the same time being similar to Maryland so we don’t feel too out of place. As always brunch and dinner are great dates, but we always love coming home to the kids in the RV. I built them a new scratching house this week, which is always a task with the twins trying to help their dad out! Lunch dates with Zoey are a good midday treat for me to break up my day!
