The Albachs and the Last Week in Tennessee

As we near our end of our time here in Tennessee and prepare for heading back to St Louis we’ve been able to finish some fun activities! With all of the chilly weather we’ve been able to catch up on a lot of reading. We went to Target for the drop of Onyx Storm which was fun. I finally was able to get outside and grill without freezing. Our weather has gotten back to being sunny and in the low 40s so we finally got to go to the zoo!!

The Knoxville zoo was so much fun! It was during the week, and a little chilly, so we had the whole zoo to ourselves and most of the animals were out to play!! We stopped at The Kennedy which was amazing food! Bacon wrapped dates and crunchy rice for appetizers were to die for! Our desert was a banana’s foster crepe cake that was amazing!! We stopped at a very fun bookstore/coffee shop called Fable Hallow that I highly recommend if you’re in the area. All we have left to do here is get some barbecue and then we head out on Tuesday!
