Hello everyone!!
This was another long week where Mother Nature decided to keep us on our toes aka The Traveling Albach special. We’ve dealt with a lot of weird weather that the locals of the places aren’t used to while traveling in the RV. The flooding last time we were here, the heavy snow in Tennessee, the tornado in Arnold and now we’ve had another tornado warning and almost another flood! Wednesday we had to leave the RV to go sit in a hotel meeting room with the kids again and then Friday we got so much rain the park tried to flood again.
We were able to move spots to the front of the park just in case our other spot got flooded but luckily it never made it into the park. The kids can see their mom coming down the hill from work now so that’s fun but what a stressful past couple of weeks it’s been for us here! Thankfully we’re all safe, including the RV, and that’s what is most important. We had a wonderful dumpling lunch date when it was rainy! Perfect way to spend the stressful day. Should be finding out where we’re off to next soon and hopefully the locals there say “we’re not used to it being sunny and beautiful weather” so we can relax a bit.
