Another Week Another Set of Watches

Hi everyone!! It was a nice week for us. Brittany had a full weekend off for the first time in a while so we were able to just relax together which was really nice! It’s been getting sunny here so the cats have been living it up in the front of the RV soaking in as much sun as they can get. Preparing for the next contract which is in Albuquerque!! JackJack has been blowing his coat so I gave him a good brushing, to help him along, and Darcy wasn’t sure exactly what I was doing but he wanted to help clean his brother. On Sunday we went back to the bird sanctuary here and got to see their raptor show! We met an American Kestrel named Cricket, a Vulture named Cash, a Barn Owl named Minerva, and a Bald Eagle named McGuire. As big as that eagle looks he’s only 10 lbs which is around 4 lbs smaller than Darcy.

We were in a flood watch all weekend and when we were getting ready to get dinner a tornado watch popped up for our area so we drove home to hang out with the kids. Everything ended up being just fine, no flooding and no tornadoes close, which we were very happy for! We’re excited for our next adventures in Albuquerque!!
